The hotel is wonderful and quiet in general. The venue's location is marvellous and the staff are super friendly and helpful. 15 minutes drive to the airport, it is located in the middle of the city.

Good location, quite close to a distinguished monument. Also - just off the train station on the one side, the Cathedral of Santa-Maria-Del-Fiore 2 minutes walk, and shops. Gorgeous building and rooms with minimalist decoration😀

Staff treated us like family.
My experience was marred by several inconveniences . Initially, I found the check-in process confusing, as there was no designated reception area. The lack of prompt replenishment for essentials such as toilet paper was also frustrating and detracted from the overall comfort of my stay.

The location is unbeatable, just a few blocks from major attractions. The hotel has an elegant salon with high ceilings and lavish furnishings. The city view from my room was good. The hotel staff offered excellent service, helping with luggage and arranging transportation efficiently.

The room was a good size and nicely decorated. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location was fantastic, right next to shops, the train station, and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Del Fiore. It was easy to find and away from the hustle and bustle.
